Our shipping policies

• We only ship within the United States.
• Order processing times We process all orders within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends or holidays). We will notify you once your order has shipped. If you have not received a shipping notification within that time-frame please email us at Support@HeathersHookables.com and we'll take a look!
• How can I check the status of my order?  You will receive an email order confirmation upon placing your order and a shipping notification including a tracking number once we've shipped it. You can use the tracking number to check its status. Tracking information typically takes 48 hours to be available.  If you haven’t received your order within 5 - 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Support@HeathersHookables.com with your order confirmation and we'll get back to you with an update.
  

Shipping Costs

• Shipping charges will depend on the size of your order and the destination. The total will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Return and Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted for up to 7 days after delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

• If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at Support@HeathersHookables.com. Include your original order confirmation and a photo of the damage. Refunds due to damage during shipping are addressed on a case-by-case basis.
